Unusual and Stylish Silver Plated Vintage Bottle Stopper in the Form of a Bowler Hat
It's a perfect statement piece for decoration or for use.
In good vintage condition, there is slight wear and marks to the hat and to the base of the cork but I don't believe it has actually ever been used - certainly does not distract from this lovely one of a kind item.
