Please note delivery is calculated at checkout. Items are posted with Royal Mail Standard (Tracked 48 hours)
Some larger items may be posted with Royal Mail's Signed For service at no additional cost.
Items are posted within 3 working days of ordering. If you need your order in a hurry, please do get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
Please allow between 3 and 7 working days for delivery.
However, some of our larger and more fragile items may require additional delivery considerations in which case this will be highlighted before checking out and may well require your contacting us.
Deliverers outside the UK please contact us
If there are any signs of damage to the packaging upon delivery please ensure the courier marks it as ‘damaged’ on their system before you sign for it, and inform us straight away if the item is damaged upon opening the parcel.
Additional notes regarding delivery of larger items:
Please ensure that you are available to receive the delivery. We use a few different couriers who all have slightly different ways of operating, but none of them will attempt to deliver the item without first confirming a delivery slot with you. If the offered delivery slot is not suitable then another time slot will be offered when they next have a driver in your area. On the delivery day, please ensure you can be reached on the delivery contact number provided at checkout in case the driver is delayed, or is having trouble finding you. For this reason, please ensure that the phone number provided for delivery is for the person who will actually be at the address to receive the item.
It is not usually possible to specify a delivery date at the time of order, as this is dependent on the routes the courier has booked in.
Couriers inevitably have problems such as traffic delays or vehicle breakdowns can occasionally prevent them making the delivery. If this occurs they will let you know as soon as possible and arrange another slot, but we would be grateful if you could inform us that the delivery hasn’t been made just so that we can follow it up with the courier as well.
Packaging.
We shamelessly try to reduce waste as much as possible which means that packaging may not be new and may even have “Amazon” on it – waste not want not!.
